Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Sunderland, seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic TA to support their EYFS setting for the new Academic year – with the exciting opportunity to continue into the new academic year.
The Role:
* Supporting children within an EYFS classroom
* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities
* Promoting a positive learning environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff
* Supporting individual pupils and small groups where needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working within an EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach
* A team player with great communication skills
