Role Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will:
* Respond to enquiries via Live Chat, email, text and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
* Manage contracts and associated administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with teams across Membership, Development, Sales and Marketing.
* Solve problems proactively and contribute to overall member satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have previous experience in a customer service role (essential).
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Possess IT proficiency and a general knowledge of GDPR.
* Exhibit a confident and polite telephone manner.
* Be capable of prioritizing tasks during busy periods and working independently or as part of a team.
