We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist who is passionate about turning data into compelling creative content for paid social campaigns. This role involves analyzing ad performance data, leading post-shoot content creation, ideating innovative concepts, and shaping creative strategies that resonate with audiences and drive results.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative thinker with a knack for data analysis, storytelling, and collaboration. You will work closely with our team to produce high-quality assets that support brands making a positive impact in the world.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading ideation workshops and creating engaging idea decks.
* Collaborating on post-shoot asset development, including editing and formatting.
* Writing clear and outcome-focused creative briefs.
* Managing the full lifecycle of creative projects from concept to delivery.
* Translating ad data and insights into strategic creative directions.
* Maintaining relationships with freelancers and content creators.
