We’re partnering with a global premium consumer goods company to recruit a Manhattan Configuration Specialist to support EMEA warehouse operations.
This is a high-visibility role focused on configuring, optimising and supporting Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (AWMS) across a company-run warehouse network. You’ll work closely with regional Distribution teams and global Manhattan partners, acting as the link between operations and IT.
You’ll support live warehouse operations while also helping design future-state solutions through system optimisation, process design and data insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, optimise and support Manhattan AWMS across EMEA
* Translate operational needs into system configuration and rollout support
* Develop SOPs, workflows and a standardised Distribution Systems Playbook
* Analyse data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
* Act as the Manhattan AWMS subject matter expert and lead change initiatives
* Plan and execute UAT, testing, deployments and go-live support
* Deliver system training and provide second-line Manhattan support
Experience & Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan AWMS
* Background supporting WMS in multi-site or international environments
* Experience creating SOPs, delivering training and supporting operations
* Understanding of warehouse devices and ERP integrations (ideally SAP S/4HANA)
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and change skills
