Job Description: Warehouse Manager E-commerce Warehouse (Home & Garden) SHS Trading Ltd | SHS Trading Ltd is a fast-growing e-commerce business specialising in home and garden products, selling through online marketplaces, our website. Were looking for an experiencedOperations Managerto oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and drive efficiency as we continue to scale. This is ahands-on, physically demanding rolesuited to someone who leads from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch) Lead the team on the floor and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Plan rotas, allocate daily tasks, and manage staffing levels Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes Ensure high standards of health & safety, housekeeping, hygiene, and security Open/close the warehouse as key holder (security checks and alarm setting) Liaise with internal teams Use warehouse systems and Microsoft Office for stock control and reporting Identify and implement process improvements Requirements Experience as a Warehouse Manager/ Operations Manager / Senior Supervisor Strong leadership with a hands-on approach Solid understanding of warehouse operations and stock control Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Warehouse/stock management system experience essential Forklift licence preferred (not essential) Warehouse automation knowledge advantageous (not essential) Benefits Company pension Private medical & dental insurance Cycle to work scheme Employee discount Free parking / on-site parking Health & wellbeing programme Company events & referral programme Schedule Monday to Friday (day shifts) Weekend availability: approx 1 Saturday every 46 weeks 1 Super Sunday at peak Apply today to join a growing business where you can make a real impact.
