6. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
7. Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.
8. Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
9. Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll and advise the organisation accordingly.
10. Train and guide team members to ensure operational excellence in payroll activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Lead should have:
11. Proven experience in payroll management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
12. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
13. Experience with CloudPayCloudPay.
14. Ability to work collaboratively within an Accounting & Finance team.
15. Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in payroll processes.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
