About the Role
We are recruiting two experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our RAPID team. This role involves providing high-quality, responsive support to adults with complex needs in our clients homes.
You will be part of a fast-paced service where flexibility, confidence, and strong decision-making skills are essential.
Essential Experience
Candidates must have experience in the following areas:
* Working with clients with challenging behaviours
* CPI training (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
* Moving and handling
* Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
* Experience with supported living clients
* Mental health support experience
About You
We are looking for HCAs who are:
* Confident and calm when handling challenging situations
* Skilled in de-escalation and behaviour management
* Reliable, adaptable, and professional
* Able to work quickly within a rapid-response rota
* Compassionate and committed to high standards of care
Requirements
* Must be a driver (no walkers or non-drivers)
* Must be able to travel across Stafford and surrounding areas within a 70 mile radius
* Non-smokers preferred
* Fluent in English
* Open to male or female applicants
