A well-established and growing Independent Financial Adviser firm near Watford is looking to appoint an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their expanding team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an Adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants to inherit an established portfolio from day one.
âś… Take over client book of 200 existing clients
âś… Approx. ÂŁ40 million AUM to service and develop
âś… Strong administration & paraplanning support
âś… Collaborative and supportive team environment
âś… Hybrid working available after probation
âś… Long-term career progression within an independent practice
You’ll be providing holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and protection while working closely with an experienced support team focused on delivering excellent client outcomes.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
âś” Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
âś” Previous experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
âś” Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
âś” Excellent relationship management skills
âś” CAS status preferred
The current team consists of:
• 5 Employed Advisers & Support team
