Receptionist Responsibilities • Serve as the warm and professional first point of contact for all visitors, calls and emails • Book and prepare meeting rooms, arrange catering, and manage incoming and outgoing post • Monitor and operate access controls including intercom and CCTV • Maintain stock levels for office supplies and conduct routine compliance checks • Arrange travel and accommodation and provide general administrative support on an ad hoc basis • Uphold consistently high standards across all reception and office areas The Receptionist We're Looking For • A naturally warm and professional manner as you'll be the face of the business • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with a calm, can-do attitude • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Previous experience in a receptionist, office administration or facilities role is desirable • A full UK driving licence is advantageous given the rural location The Receptionist Package • A competitive salary (dependent on experience) • A beautiful and unique workplace in the Warwickshire countryside • A supportive, close-knit team within a respected, long-established business If this sounds like you, apply and we'll be in touch!
