Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience of supporting the development of an IT/IM Roadmap aligned with business strategy in a medium to large organization Proven experience of developing enterprise system integration architectures and designs aligned with business needs, budget, and IT/IM Roadmap Experience using Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and architecture tools Previous experience in developing solution architecture & design artifacts for IT development delivery Broad experience of design patterns across technologies including ERP, CRM, ESB, Azure, Cloud, AI, IoT, RPA Ability to lead, engage, and influence at all levels Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours Educated to level 6 (degree or equivalent) in an IT/STEM related discipline Desirable: TOGAF or Zachman Certification, APM / Prince 2 / Agile Practitioner / DevOps/ ITIL, IT technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle) Responsibilities: Develop System Integration Architecture and Design artifacts to align with the IT/IM Roadmap Shape enterprise and integration architecture, promoting good governance and collaboration Champion a culture of continuous improvement across IT Services and Change Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment with business strategy Support the development of customer-facing digital applications, cloud, and legacy IT estate Create designs in line with budget considerations and business needs Foster an environment that encourages team collaboration and knowledge sharing Technologies: AI Azure Cloud CRM DevOps ESB ERP IoT Support ITIL Oracle RPA TOGAF LESS More: We are The Guinness Partnership, a leading provider of affordable housing in England, managing homes for nearly 160,000 residents.
