About the Role
He Reigns Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in supported living and domiciliary care settings.
This role is on a zero-hours basis, offering flexibility to fit around your availability while making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people within the Southall, Ealing community.
Responsibilities
* Supporting service users with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication prompts.
* Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times.
* Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and community access.
* Providing emotional support and companionship.
* Recording and reporting accurately on service user care.
Requirements
* Previous experience in care (preferred, but not essential — full training can be provided).
* A caring, patient, and reliable nature.
* Flexibility to work across supported living and domiciliary settings.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Right to work in the UK.
