HR Advisor – The Role: The Abingdon Foundation is looking to appoint an engaging and experienced HR professional to join our friendly HR team in providing a high quality, professional and visible HR service across the Foundation. The Foundation comprises two schools: Abingdon School and Abingdon Prep School, as well as Abingdon School Enterprises. The HR Advisor will play a lead role in administering and advising on pay, benefits and contract related matters, working closely with the Finance Department, as well as supporting employee relations processes and proactively working with managers and Heads of Department.
