Circet UK are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in East Kilbride.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assist with the preparation of AFPs for Altnet contracts.
2. To assist with cost control on contracts, ensuring all subcontractor and DL claims are correct and allocated to the correct jobs and projects.
3. Assisting with preparation of final accounts and retentions
4. Assisting with interim supplier account reconciliation
5. Liaise with subcontractors on the interim accounts.
6. Operational link to help progress work
7. Any other commercial task that arises
8. Support for any other member of the team
9. Monitoring, control, preparation and agreement of EWs and CEs on Altnet contracts
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:.
10. Good relationship building
11. Strong math and number skills
12. Excellent attention to detail
13. Analytical thinking skills
14. Understanding of engineering and technology
15. Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
Knowledge not required as full training will be provided.
