It's time for an absolute legend to become the face of Cornerstone, Dyson Place; To run day to day operations, have input with their own ideas for growth, oversee staff training, recruitment and help to deliver our high standards. Someone who has experience with waiting etiquette, has attention to detail and someone who is able to take control and demonstrate a good all-round approach in running a dedicated team in a fast-paced and professional environment.
This is a hands-on role in which you will oversee all departments, leading the team to deliver a high-quality service at all times to achieve our goals and keep delivering consistently high standards.
Your role will include;
 * Working alongside the owners, other management to create and deliver growth, through events, develop the sales and marketing arm of the business to help it realise its potential.
 * Leading the team daily and offering training where required
 * Developing team members and creating a platform for our people to forge careers from
 * Organising rotas in line with business needs
 * Deal with food and drink suppliers, ordering, stock control
 * Working alongside the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef to ensure food standards are maintained.
 * Ensuring maintenance of EHO rating, compliance with Health and Safety policies, managing the site on a day-today basis to ensure the business is spotless for all who use it
Key requirements:
 * Previous experience of busy food and drink environments within a similar level
 * Experience in waiting etiquette and service standards to a high level of detail.
 * A strong focus on food, drink and hospitality.
