About Circet
Circet is an international infrastructure services provider, delivering large-scale network build and maintenance across telecoms and energy sectors throughout Europe.
In the UK, Circet is rapidly scaling its Energy business—building capability across electricity networks and related infrastructure to support increasing demand from network operators and the wider energy transition.
Backed by strong investment and an established delivery platform, the business is focused on growing its presence across the UK through a combination of delivery excellence, client partnerships and targeted expansion.
Job Purpose
To lead the development and pricing of EV infrastructure opportunities, converting early-stage client enquiries into commercially viable and technically deliverable projects. The role will shape project scope, develop cost estimates, coordinate technical inputs, and support successful bid submissions across on-street, fleet charging and HPC programmes.
Drawing on strong electrical installation experience, the role will bring practical technical insight into the bidding process, ensuring installation methodologies, infrastructure requirements and cost assumptions reflect real delivery conditions.
A key aspect of the role will be identifying, onboarding and managing the specialist supply chain required to support bidding and delivery, including electrical contractors, ICP partners, designers and technology providers, ensuring competitive and deliverable proposals. In addition, the role will support the company’s NERS accreditation journey and help lay the foundations for future internal capability to deliver EV infrastructure projects as the business expands.
The role will carry pipeline and revenue targets, contributing directly to the growth of the EV infrastructure portfolio.
