We are seeking a PCN Admin Coordinator tosupport the PCN Clinical Director, PCN Manager, HR Officer and Management Teamby providing efficient secretarial and administrative services in a fast-pacedenvironment.
This is a hybrid role, you will be required to work from the Maidenhead office once a week and remotely on other days.

Main duties of the job
* Diarising and administrating meetings
* Minutes and action log coordination
* Ensuring action log items are progressed
* Managing Protected Learning Time events and organisingPCN-wide training
* Organising and managing PCN events
* HR Admin
* Compiling newsletters and PCN-wide communications
* Updating the PCN website and social media pages
* Compiling reports
* Conducting searches
* Ensuring information is recorded and filed correctly
* Ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date
* Communicating risks and issues
* Project administration
* Rota Preparation
