We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to oversee all testing activities for a major Business Central (ERP) implementation and its integrations.
This is a senior role responsible for test strategy, planning, execution oversight, defect management, and go-live readiness, ensuring full end-to-end quality across functional and non-functional testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and manage the Test Strategy and Master Plan
* Oversee SIT, UAT, and Non-Functional Testing
* Lead defect triage and risk management
* Provide weekly reporting and governance updates
* Support go-live, closure reporting, and hypercare
Experience Required:
* Strong background in ERP testing
* Experience with integration/API testing
* Knowledge of performance and security testing
* Experience using JIRA, X-Ray, and Confluence
