About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insolvency Practitioner to join our growing team in Leeds. This is a key role for a qualified professional who can lead complex insolvency cases, provide expert guidance to clients, and drive high service standards across the practice. You will work on a hybrid basis, combining office collaboration with flexible home working.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied portfolio of commercial insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, CVAs, and restructuring assignments.
* Act as office-holder and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
* Provide specialist advice to directors, stakeholders, and creditors on insolvency options and risk management.
* Lead case teams, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and to regulatory standards.
* Prepare statutory reports, financial analyses, case strategies, and documentation.
* Liaise confidently with solicitors, banks, accountants, investors, and other professional advisors.
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
About You
* JIEB-qualified Insolvency Practitioner – essential.
* Proven experience managing commercial insolvency and corporate restructuring cases.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
* A collaborative team player with strong leadership skills.
