* Contract: Full-time (part-time considered)
* Pay: M1–M6 DOE (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do
* Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned Year 3 lessons
* Support pupils as they transition from KS1 to KS2
* Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
* Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
* Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Uphold safeguarding and child welfare at all times

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome
* Understanding of the KS2 curriculum (Year 3 experience desirable)
* Positive, nurturing, and consistent classroom approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
