This is a supervisory and management role: you are the essential leader ensuring learning continues seamlessly in the absence of the teacher.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the class and manage secondary students (ages 11:16).
* Deliver pre:prepared lessons from the absent teacher.
* Hand out and collect learning materials.
* Take and record the class attendance register.
* Supervise students while they complete their tasks.
* Report lesson progress and any student issues to the teacher.
* Ensure student safety and well:being.
