Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Term Time Only

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a dedicated Finance Administrator for a school in Kirklees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, purchase orders, and budget tracking
2. Process payroll and staff expenses in line with school policies
3. Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external agencies regarding financial matters
4. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits
5. Support the wider administrative team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
6. Previous experience in finance administration (preferably in an educational setting)
7. Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and financial software
8. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. A proactive and professional approach
