The Opportunity
We're looking for talented Part 2 Architectural Assistants to join our London studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on internationally significant projects while developing your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
You'll work across all project stages, contributing to design development, technical documentation, and project delivery.
What You'll Do
1. Contribute your design ideas across all project stages from concept through to construction
2. Create architectural drawings, models, and presentations that bring ideas to life
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and clients
4. Help deliver sustainable, net-zero ready buildings aligned with our environmental ambitions
5. Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and client presentations
6. Develop your technical knowledge of construction detailing and materials
7. Work with BIM and digital design tools to support innovative project delivery
8. Learn from and contribute to a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
You'll have:
9. ARB/RIBA Part 2 qualification (or international equivalent)
10. Strong design skills with excellent visual communication abilities
11. Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
12. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
13. Understanding of building regulations and construction methods
14. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
15. A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
16. Genuine passion for sustainable design
It would be great if you also have:
17. Experience on large-scale or complex projects
18. Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, or other parametric design tools
19. Interest or experience in net-zero buildings or regenerative design
20. International project experience or exposure to different design contexts
21. Skills or perspectives that bring fresh thinking to our teams
