We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their dedicated team. You'll design, build, and customise solutions that support business goals, enhance user experience, and ensure the platform is used to its full potential. Alongside hands-on development, you'll play a part in driving best practice and contributing to continuous improvement across the function.

What you'll be doing:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
2. Configure Salesforce with Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts to meet business needs.
3. Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
5. Translate business requirements into well-structured technical designs.
6. Support new Salesforce features and releases by assessing and implementing relevant enhancements.
