Protocol Education is working alongside a specialist SEMH school in Ferryhill to recruit enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistants.
The school provides tailored support for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them develop confidence, resilience and positive outcomes.
Duties
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support
* Assist pupils with emotional regulation
* Encourage participation and engagement in lessons
* Support behaviour management strategies
* Build trusting relationships with pupils
* Work collaboratively with school staff

* Experience supporting young people
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Patient and understanding approach
* Resilient and adaptable personality
* Passion for making a positive difference
* DBS on the Update Service preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
