The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Lead to support the day-to-day execution of our core operational functions across planning and procurement, logistics and fulfilment, customer service, and payment processing. This role is critical to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering a seamless experience for our customers while supporting the broader goals of the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Operations Lead will be responsible for coordinating processes, managing supplier and fulfilment relationships, and handling operational tasks with a hands-on approach. The role is key in executing and improving day-to-day activities, contributing insights, and ensuring operational continuity and accuracy.

This position is ideal for someone with operational experience in e-commerce, who is looking to step into a leadership role with strong growth potential. Specifically, we need someone who has
* 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles within an e-commerce business
* Practical knowledge of order fulfilment, inventory planning, and customer service processes.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), 3PLs, and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
* Understanding of operational KPIs (e.g., fulfilment times, return rates, order accuracy) and how they impact business performance.
* Comfortable working with data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or business needs.
* Ability to manage processes and tasks to deadline, supporting other team members.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, fulfilment partners, and internal teams.
* Experience coordinating across multiple departments and managing third-party vendors or service providers.
Salary: Up to £42,000 to £50,000
