Children’s Residential Senior Support Worker – Nottingham NG3
The client is a small, family-owned residential care provider based in Nottinghamshire, operating seven small children’s homes. Recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, the client offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children aged 5–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join dedicated team at a brand-new home already approved and ready to open for up to 3 children. We’re looking for an individual who can act as a therapeutic parent—providing high levels of care, support, and stability to help children achieve outstanding outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience
Senior Support Worker:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential childcare.
* Level 3 QCF in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards.
* Experience with EBD and trauma-informed approaches (PACE/DDP desirable).
* Strong communication and literacy skills.
Training & Development
* Full training provided, including QCF Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications.
