Salary: £55,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We require at least 5 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, data-led strategy, and/or product management in a commercial environment. We require strong experience with data analytics and BI tools such as Power BI, along with SQL or similar tools. We require strong commercial acumen and the ability to make strategic, data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities: We design and deliver a comprehensive business intelligence and reporting framework. We provide strategic insight and recommendations to our Senior Management Team. We lead the identification, development, and launch of new products. We own and prioritise the analytics and product roadmap. We ensure data governance, integrity, compliance, security, and GDPR adherence. We lead and manage a small specialist team of BI and Product Managers. We collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and stakeholders across the wider business. We implement modern BI tools, dashboards, and analytics methodologies. We translate complex data into clear and actionable business insight. We monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity. We evaluate opportunities and make strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
