Your Role
We’re looking for a passionate individual to step into the role of Senior Associate, Executive Support within our Technology Services Group team, based in London. In this role, you’ll make a significant impact by:
* Providing white-glove VIP service for executives, including support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, mobile devices, cloud applications, and collaboration tools.
* Collaborating with a team of desktop technicians to respond swiftly to executive requests.
* Liaising with technical engineers to ensure seamless executive support across networking, security, A/V, and software teams.
* Supporting executive events as needed.
* Working directly with Platinum Services leadership to prioritize projects, align resources, and keep everything on track.
* Participating in on-call rotation and assisting with weekend technical validations as required.
* Troubleshooting technical issues to minimize disruptions and reduce impact on operations.
* Establishing best practices, developing runbooks, and contributing to a comprehensive documentation library.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Experience in a desktop support role.
* High proficiency in end-user computing technologies, including Windows OS, software/hardware support, mobile devices, cloud applications, and collaboration tools.
* Familiarity with MS Office 365 cloud technologies.
* Apple MAC support experience is a plus!
* Knowledge of technical tools and video conferencing platforms such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others and secure support.
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including C-suite and Boards of Directors.
* Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
