About Us
We're a lean startup building an AI Co-Pilot that transforms private tutoring. It captures lesson data—dialogue, whiteboard work, explanations—and turns it into diagnostics, lesson plans, homework, and revision notes. Tutors get structure and reduced admin, while students get clear progress tracking. We're at the early stage, and you’ll be the first engineer bringing this vision to life.
The Opportunity
Work directly with the CEO to build the entire system from scratch. You'll handle full-stack development, AI integrations, and core features like real-time session analysis, mastery maps, and adaptive homework. This is hands-on ownership in a fast-moving, high-impact role—perfect if you want to shape a product end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
* Build the full platform: backend APIs, frontend dashboards, and AI-powered features
* Integrate AI for lesson diagnostics, misconception detection, and automated summaries
* Create tutor tools for planning, live support, and post-session reflection
* Develop student revision systems with organized notes and targeted practice
* Handle data pipelines, deployment, and ongoing improvements
* Collaborate daily with the CEO to refine and ship features
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years full-stack development experience
* Comfortable with modern web technologies (JS/Python, React or similar)
* Experience integrating APIs, especially AI/ML services
* Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently
* Good English communication for daily collaboration
* Passion for building tools that make a real difference
