Job Overview

Were looking for a safety-consciousBanksmanto join our team in Coventry. In this role, youll play a key part in managing the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery on site, helping maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Direct and guide vehicle and plant movement safely around site
* Support drivers during reversing and tight manoeuvres
* Use recognised hand signals and two-way radios to communicate
* Keep access routes clear and secure restricted areas
* Oversee safe loading and unloading of vehicles
* Report hazards, near-misses, and unsafe behaviour immediately
* Work closely with site operatives, supervisors, and drivers
* Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures

What Were Looking For

1. Experience in a similar role preferred
2. Strong awareness of site safety and hazard spotting
3. Clear communication skills, including hand signals
