Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Collections Advisor to join our ever-evolving Revenue Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you'll own as the Collections Advisor
1. Recovering customer arrears via telephone, writtenmunications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department / function
2. Acting as a first point of contact for customers with outstanding arrears
3. Reinstating of Direct debits to adhere to our One Call Resolution aim
4. Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
5. Negotiating & setting up repayment arrangements
6. General administration duties
7. Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by thepany and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
8. Adhere to KPI's set by the business
What you'll bring
9. We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Collections (Late or Early Arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor, Credit Controller or similar
10. Strong customer service &munication skills with the ability to empathise with people
11. The ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
12. Experienced working within a regulated organisation background
13. Polite telephone manner
14. Strong IT skills to navigate multiple platforms
15. Experience of working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
It's a bonus if you have
16. xperience working with corporate customers
17. B2B collections experience
18. Understanding of Direct Debits
19. Understanding around the BACS rules
20. Good understanding ofplaint Resolution
About the team
Our Collections teams support our Global Business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on cash collection and aged debt clearance.
petitive salary plus up to £500 per monthmission based bonus scheme
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm or 9:30am -5:00pm (shift dependant)
