What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or higher)
* Experience in a leadership and managerial role within a residential care setting (autism experience preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A person-centred approach with a deep understanding of autism and complex needs
* Confident in managing care documentation and supporting regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential care home
* Lead and supervise a team of care staff, promoting a positive, inclusive team culture
* Oversee, review, and update person-centred care plans, ensuring individual needs and goals are met
* Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external partners
* Maintain a safe, welcoming home environment that promotes independence and dignity
* Support training, development, and performance of team members
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and all regulatory requirements
