We are looking for an engaging and inspiring individual to work as Operations Assistants to join our industry-leading swimming teaching team, delivered at centres across the UK.
Are you an excellent communicator with great organisational skills and patience? Do you have experience working with children and parents? Then look no further.
In this role, you will support venue operations to ensure our customers receive a first-class, clean, warm, and safe experience during every visit. We seek someone dynamic, with a keen interest in sport.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Meet and greet all customers enthusiastically and check them in to the venues
* Manage seamless entry to the site by checking registers
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the site
* Provide lifesaving supervisory duties during lessons
* Ensure a safe, clean, and warm operating environment at all times
* Support all attendees with efficient and effective first aid responses in appropriate situations
* Maintain and implement brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times
* Support the Swimming Teachers and Business Manager as needed
* Make new customers feel welcome by guiding them within the venue and issuing welcome materials
* Provide exceptional customer service in all client engagement activities
* Answer queries regarding the venue and programs
* Build solid relationships with new and existing clients
* Take details of inquiries you cannot answer and respond promptly
* Provide feedback to Coordinators daily
* Remain up to date with relevant campaigns and events
* Be a pioneer for the brand with a passion for its aims and values
* Ensure health and safety procedures are communicated effectively to all
Person specification
* Able to swim confidently to a reasonable standard, including submerging to 2m depth
* Enthusiastic and confident personality
* Professional demeanor
* Ability to engage and build relationships with clients
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Lifeguard and first aid qualifications are desirable but can be provided
