Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the school administration team, undertake line management and appraisals
* Monitor income and expenditure, support budget preparation, and produce regular financial reports in collaboration with the Trust Finance Manager
* Ensure best value at all times, manage contracts and services, and explore income-generating opportunities through site usage
* Oversee staff contracts, payroll, recruitment coordination, DBS checks, and maintain accurate personnel records
* Oversee the development of marketing materials, website, and parental communications
