Location: East Sussex, BN6 8TP Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7, 9am to 5pm, flexibility required, free onsite parking Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly Managing a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported Being a responsible key holder Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards Complying with Health & Safety regulations Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for candidates with high end restaurant and event experience We are looking for candidates who want to mobilise and innovate what we do on site What's in it for you?
