Are you ready to kick-start your career in administration and document control? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an entry level Trainee Office Administrator / Document Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience in a busy office setting.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be:
* Filing and maintaining records (physical and digital)
* Maintaining office systems and procedures
* Assisting with data entry and database management
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Supporting general office administration tasks such as printing and archiving
* Learning how to use Document Control software and systems
* Observing and following document control procedures and standards
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
* Highly organized with strong time management skills.
* Computer literate and confident using MS Office, especially Excel.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
* Eager to learn and grow within the role.
