Store Manager – New Store, Silverburn Shopping Centre
Footasylum is opening a brand‑new store at Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow this Spring 2026. As the Store Manager you will play a key role in building the team and setting us up for success.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe working environment.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, profitability and customer experience.
* Implement company policies, procedures and visual merchandising standards.
* Lead recruitment, training and development of the store team, with support from a nearby training store until opening.
* Analyse performance data and prepare managers‑level reports.
* Market store programmes and promotions to maximise sales.
Qualifications & Experience
* A genuine passion for fashion retail and alignment with Footasylum values.
* Previous experience in a fashion retail environment (highly desirable).
* Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced retail setting.
* Strong team‑management, motivation and training skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and a customer‑first mindset.
* Deep understanding of fashion retail trends.
