My client, an Engineering company based in the Stourbridge area area is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a Permanent basis. They also have a site near Kidderminster so your initial work be will based at that site before moving full-time to Stourbridge, therefore your own transport is essential The main functions of the role include - Prepare and issue quotes - Process Invoices on a daily basis - Deal with phone and email enquiries as well as general admin support - Liaise with Sales Team re customer queries - Follow up on quotes As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment - Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels - Good IT Skills especially MS Office, experience of 200 would be advantageous - Strong attention to detail - Excellent Communication Skills The hours for this role are 0730 - 16000 Mon-Thurs with a 1300 finish on Friday, the salary on offer is up to £22,500 Keywords Sales Administrator, admin, administrator, purchasing, Account Management
