We are a boutique, research-driven recruitment firm working with elite hedge funds, trading firms, and market makers across technology and quantitative hiring.
We’re looking for a Principal Consultant / Team Lead to join our senior team and take ownership of a growing desk. This is a leadership-focused role for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing clients end-to-end, and developing high-performing recruitment consultants.
The Role
You will lead active searches across technology, quant, and trading, working directly with senior clients and candidates. Beyond delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to shape processes, mentor junior recruiters, and influence how the team grows.
This role combines hands-on recruitment with leadership. You’ll have responsibility for key accounts, ownership of your desk, and the scope to develop new business opportunities. Your success will define the direction and impact of your team.
