Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Technical Manager or Head of Technical.
Worked with major retailers such as M&S, Tesco, and other large customers, understanding their standards, pressure, and delivery expectations.
Ideally, come from a high-care environment.
Someone who is credible, down-to-earth, and able to challenge without alienating.
Can bring a team along and inspire confidence.
