The role would suit a Family Solicitor who can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' post qualifying experience in privately funded family law matters. Responsibilities: Handling your own caseload of privately funded family law matters, primarily focusing on divorce, separation, finances, children act and TOLATA cases. Taking initial instructions and setting up new matters. Providing expert legal advice to clients, and providing ongoing updates as their case progresses.
