We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for an immediate start.
The Role
With structured training and ongoing mentorship, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Building and developing relationships with clients in your specialist market
* Sourcing, screening, and managing high-quality candidates
* Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Delivering a professional, tailored service to both clients and candidates
Career Progression & Earnings
We operate a performance-based environment where your progression and earnings reflect your results.
* Year 1: Comprehensive training, early responsibility, and the opportunity to earn £35k–£50k+ with commission from day one
* Year 2: Progression into a senior role with earnings of £50k–£65k
* Year 3+: Opportunities to move into leadership or remain a high-performing biller, with earnings of £65k–£80k+ and beyond
