Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of clients
* Oversee the preparation of accounts and financial statements
* Provide business advisory services to clients
* Lead, mentor, and support junior team members
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in accounts preparation and advisory services
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
