The Role
This Events Manager will lead the logistical and operational delivery of a varied range of events within the venue.

The Role
This Events Manager will lead the logistical and operational delivery of a varied range of events within the venue.
Responsibilities
o Taking client briefs to understand event objectives
o Handling client liaison throughout
o End-to-end event management
o Guiding timelines of each event project
o Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
o Working closely with in-house teams including hospitality and front-of-house services
o Collaborating with external preferred suppliers where appropriate
o Communicating operational plans for each event to the wider team
o Managing event budgets and overseeing cost management
o Leading on‑day delivery and post‑event feedback
The Candidate
Candidates will have proven end-to-end event management experience of corporate event projects and experience as the main client contact. A background at a large-scale venue is preferable, but strong experience from an event agency or industry association may also be considered. We seek proactive and passionate individuals willing to work flexible hours, including out-of-hours and weekends.
