As the Quality Engineer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. Specifically for this position, you will be ensuring both project quality requirements and compliance standards across the organisation are being achieved and ensuring that the mechanisms are in place to communicate the legal requirements and standards to stakeholders.You will be involved in:Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system for the business which demonstrates the compliance performance of the business with regulationsLead on collaborative continuous improvement activities for the business and it’s projectsConduct audits on both projects and central processes to ensure compliance against the business management system and project manage subsequent improvement activities identifiedManage the co-ordination, implementation, and monitoring of quality policies, processes, and documentation across the businessDevelop, implement, and audit the company’s management systemsProvide guidance and advice to both projects and functional areas of the businessEnable effective and timely product assurance to the project teamsWork collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to share and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle from concept to in-service supportLead, monitor, and advise the BMS Partners within the business on their departmental responsibilities to ensure procedures and processes are reviewedLead non-conformity management of internal and external non-conformances raised to closureDeliver and management of the yearly audit schedule, including external BSI audits, to ensure compliance to all regulatory requirementsCommunicate monthly QHSE reporting to the wider businessIf this all sounds like something you will be interested in then simply apply and we can discuss the opportunity further!
