Join to apply for the Sales Advisor role at TieTalent. Location: Dorchester (with travel around the South West). This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the sales of Cavanna Homes at sites throughout the South West
* Support and persuade potential purchasers to buy a Cavanna Home and manage the sales process with each customer
* Hand over the home and enhance the customer journey from first meeting through to the 7-day visit
* Qualify potential purchasers in accordance with departmental procedures, staying informed of the benefits and unique selling points of homes on your development
* Ensure that the show home and sales office presentation meet departmental standards
* Respond to generated sales leads
* Work to close sales while supporting customers through the sales process
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Assist in detailed market research
* Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit
About You / Qualifications
* Experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking
* Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors
* The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue
* A full, valid driving licence
