The Role: Managing Director As our next Managing Director, you’ll take the reins of day-to-day operations, working closely alongside our visionary Founder to guide the business into its next phase of growth. You’ll bring strategic direction, commercial discipline, and people-first leadership — supported by a talented senior team and an active, engaged Board.
