Part-Time Administrator (25 hours per week) – Bristol Office (Ref: 930)

Salary: £28,713 pa rising to £33,389 pa (pro-rata £21,112 to £24,550 for a 25 hour week) after four years’ service.
Hours of Work: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.

A vacancy exists for an Administrator based at the Union’s Bristol Office.

Principal duties are: to provide a typing and clerical service, assisting in the provision of help and advice to members.
The successful applicant will possess: telephone and reception skills; proficient IT skills, particularly Word and Excel; the ability to maintain efficient record keeping systems; the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines and effective communication.
