CDMS Manuals is a rapidly growing building consultancy who are looking for a proactive project assistant to join their expanding team.
We have quickly become a market leader in the production of Building Manual Documentation.
Our products and services include Building Fabric Manuals, Mechanical and Electrical O&M Manuals, Health & Safety Files, BREEAM User Guides, Building User Guides, Building Log Books, Asset Registers, Tenant Manuals, Building Owner Manuals.
This means delivering a diverse and complex portfolio of projects on time for a happy client Project Assistants are an integral part of this process – they chase project sub-contractors and suppliers to provide information against agreed deadlines; check information against our quality standards; help with creating progress reports for clients and other associated duties.
We operate an internal promotion strategy, so the Project Assistant role is very much a stepping stone to other responsibilities in the business – all our Project Leads have started from this position. All we ask is that everyone in our team delivers on their commitments and fulfils our values, and we provide the support and training to allow top performers to advance.
This is a busy role with lots of variety, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys multitasking and using initiative Typical duties include:
* Information expediting including liaising with sub-contractors
* Reviewing of documentation against expectation lists
* Collation and compilation of client manuals
* Office based telephone support
* Data entry
* Data conversion

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting salary £24,000
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.00, Friday 08.30 – 16.00.
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
