Qualifications
* Professional qualification in health and social care – e.g., qualified nurse, social worker, SVQ Level 4 (Scot) or Care and Management Level 5 (Eng)
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Medication Level 3 training and competency assessment for support workers (desirable)
Knowledge and Experience
* Individualised person‑centred care and understanding of behaviours requiring intensive support planning
* Experience working independently and with MDT teams in complex care settings
* Participation in complex care case reviews and support worker supervision
* Track record of working within health and social care settings
* Working to budgetary targets and improvement plans
* Leading teams and managing performance
* Familiarity with CQC/CI regulations and inspection processes
